The Kinross Woolshed hotel is approaching its re-opening following its large refurbishment. We are looking for an energetic, experienced hospitality manager/supervisor to assist the licensee and Hotel Manager with the operation of the hotel.Experience in fast-paced, high-volume pubs is key to what we are looking for, as well as a passion and understanding for restaurant-quality food and the ability to direct staff and patrons during busy service periods.The Kinross is unique and will be one of Australia's most iconic regional hotels when finished, boasting 5 outdoor areas, a sports lovers dream sports bar, restaurant bar, outdoor deck bar, 1000+ patron restaurant, and a 6-lane AMF supplied bowling alley.The ability to develop and work with a great team, lead from the front, and where your ideas and knowledge are welcomed and encouraged is key.As part of this role, the ability to control stock, supervise, and direct all hotel staff will also form part of your responsibilities.
