We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Executive to join our team at Halcyon House, based at Head Office in Brisbane.
In this role, you will lead sales initiatives to increase revenue, build relationships with clients, and drive the growth of the hotel's corporate, group, and leisure markets.
You will work closely with the hotel's management team to create and deliver effective strategies that enhance brand awareness and maximise occupancy.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and secure new business in corporate, group, and leisure markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with facilitators, key clients, event planners, and other industry contacts.
Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups.Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the hotel's customer base, particularly in target markets, and grow repeat business.Collaborate with the marketing team to create unique promotions and packages to increase occupancy.Prepare and analyse reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market intelligence.Work closely with operational teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded by delivering exceptional guest experiences.Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients and trade shows, delivering compelling presentations to showcase Halcyon House.Negotiate contracts, manage key accounts, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Skills and Experience:Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hotel and hospitality sector.Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.Excellent negotiation, communication, networking, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel in the region.If you are a motivated sales professional with a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you!Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
