As a Hotel Porter , you will be naturally confident with a clear understanding of what it means to deliver a truly unique guest experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests by answering all types of enquiries, handling of guest arrivals and departures, including assisting with their luggage.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.
A few of your responsibilities: Meeting and greeting of guests along with handling requests and enquires Assisting with directions of the hotel and providing general information of the surrounding areas Handling, storing and delivery of luggage to guest rooms Valet park and retrieve guests vehicles Maintain the hotel's parking facilities, ensuring they are always immaculate and inviting, reflecting our standards What are we looking for: A warm and welcoming approach to delivering exceptional customer service Excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming A sound knowledge of the local area and Sydney events Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude Open Australian drivers license Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster About you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
