We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at the Byron Bay Oyster Bar, located in the heart of Byron Bay.

The successful candidate will have a Culinary Diploma and previous experience as a Head Chef in a high-end, fast-paced venue.
They will be responsible for creating and curating the menu, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and ensuring exceptional food quality.
