Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site visits to evaluate service levels. Compare service standards to industry benchmarks and client-defined goals. Ideal Candidate: Extensive background in senior positions such as General Manager, Hotel Manager, Rooms Division or Sales within the hospitality industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication skills for client interaction and report presentation. Qualifications: Senior-level experience in hotel management. Proven track record in quality assurance and service auditing. Strong understanding of industry benchmarks and service standards.
