About The Role

As the Hotel Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our centralised hotel operations platform, collaborating closely with our head office team to drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability across our portfolio of properties.
A key priority for this role is strong Food & Beverage experience, as you will oversee the operation of our restaurant and bar, ensuring that all guest dining experiences are exceptional.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all departments are running smoothly, delivering great service, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities: Drive performance and profitability of the businessEnsure exceptional guest experience and satisfactionLead and develop the hotel team to deliver excellenceHandle guest complaints promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with licensing and regulationsMaintain operational standardsEnsure rostering, purchasing and daily checklist is carried outPrepare and produce daily, weekly and monthly reportingManage financial performance and budget adherenceProvide leadership and support to department heads and team membersFoster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with policiesPromote workplace health and safety About You: Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on F&B operations.Operational knowledge across hotel departmentsExperience in cost control managementTrack record in delivering goals objectives and meeting KPIsDedication to guest engagement and VIP experienceExemplary communication and leadership skillsProficiency in Property Management Systems and Point of Sales SystemsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskCommercial business acumen and financial analysis skillsProblem-solving and strategic thinking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office suite What do we offer?
