We invite you to be part of our commitment to excellence.As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring both a memorable experience for guests and a professional atmosphere for staff. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of hotel management, including reservations, room service, housekeeping, security, property maintenance, as well as the management of our bar, restaurant, and event functions.Key Responsibilities:Direct and Oversee Hotel Operations: Managing daily operations and staff across all departments. Implementing and maintaining hotel policies and procedures. Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies.Supervise Security and Maintenance: Oversee security arrangements and the maintenance of gardens, swimming pool, and property to ensure both guest safety and property aesthetics.Manage Food and Beverage Services: Plan and supervise activities in the bar, restaurant, and function areas, ensuring quality service and compliance with all regulations.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations affecting the hotel.Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and resolving any issues promptly.Tourism and Guest Services: Provide guests with local tourism information and arrange tours and transportation as needed.Financial Oversight: Overseeing financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Health and Safety: Ensure the hotel complies with occupational health and safety regulations to safeguard guests and staff.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws and regulations.Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to management.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Commitment to maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.Relevant certification in hospitality management is preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Dynamic and supportive work environment.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience relevant to the role to [ ****** ].
