About the Role:
As the Hotel Manager, you'll oversee all facets of this iconic pub, from bar and dining to gaming and retail, driving business growth, team morale, and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining service excellence, developing innovative growth strategies, and nurturing a positive, engaging work culture. This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality leader ready to make a significant impact in a vibrant regional town.
