We invite guests to embrace the diverse stories of our city and connect with the authentic local experiences we share.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurants & Bars Manager to lead our service team at Bistrot Bisou and other front-of-house operations at Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing our restaurant, bar, lounge, and in-room dining service operations to ensure excellence in guest experience, financial performance, and team development. Conduct monthly stock-takes, ensure inventory procedures are followed, and collaborate on financial reporting and forecasting.Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management, fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.Guest Experience Excellence: Drive a guest-centric culture, ensuring memorable, personalized interactions. Address feedback promptly and analyze insights to enhance service and satisfaction.Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations in dining and bar outlets, maintaining high hygiene, presentation, and safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen and hotel leadership to optimize service delivery.Business Strategy & Growth: Contribute to business planning and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
