Join our team as a Hotel Guest Service Agent  at The Star Brisbane & Treausry Brisbane.
The Star Brisbane, positioned at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct, will be Australia's newest entertainment and leisure destination. Commencing a staged opening in 2024, The Star Brisbane will bring a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre, transforming how people will play, shop and socialise in the river city.
I n your role you will initially have the opportunity to work across Treasury Brisbane whilst being involved in the opening of The Star Brisbane.
In this role you will deliver outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the duration of their stay.  This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our hotel .
A few of your responsibilities    Provide outstanding guest service to guests to enhance their experienceManage all guests requests and maintain guest accountsSound knowledge of local attractions and surroundsPerform check in and check out in a professional, friendly and efficient way for all guestsPerform and complete daily tasks in line with shift checklistsProfessional communication with both internal and external guestsResponds to guest feedback and bring to the attention of the appropriate manager where further follow up is requiredEnsure personal safety and the safety of other team members, contractors, labour hire, guests and visitors through co-operation with management What we are looking for   Possess a passion for Hospitality and creating memorable experiencesExceptional guest service skills and strong commitment to 5 star customer serviceProfessional telephone mannerAbility to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external clientsExcellent organisational skills and high level of computer literacyAvailability to work on a 24/7 rotating rosterIntegrity and confidentiality are essentialSound knowledge of Opera Front Office System is preferred About you   The successful candidates will be guest focused and ensure all guests receive that 5-star treatment throughout the duration of their stay! You will have previous customer service experience and enjoy engaging with team members and guests daily.

Treasury Brisbane will transition into The Star Brisbane aligned to an early 2024 opening.
