Join our team as a Guest Service Agent at The Star Brisbane.
The Star Brisbane is Australia's newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct.
It offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options, including a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.
This transformational project will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.
The Guest Service Agent, reporting to the Front Office Manager, delivers outstanding service to our guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
A few of your responsibilities: Provide outstanding guest service to enhance their experience.Manage all guest requests and maintain guest accounts.Have sound knowledge of local attractions and surroundings.Perform check-in and check-out in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.Complete daily tasks in line with shift checklists.What we will be looking for: Possess a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.Exceptional guest service skills and a strong commitment to 5-star customer service.Professional telephone manner.Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.Excellent organisational skills and high level of computer literacy.About you: The successful candidates will possess a go-to attitude and ensure their main goal is to go above and beyond for our guests while maintaining our 5-star commitment.
Prior experience in hospitality or retail is desirable but not essential.
