HOTEL GUEST SERVICES AGENT - HOTELS Join our team as a Guest Service Agent at The Star Brisbane.
The Star Brisbane is Australia's newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.
This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.
The Guest Service Agent, reporting to the Front Office Manager, delivers outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the entire duration of their stay.
A few of your responsibilities: Provide outstanding guest service to guests to enhance their experience. Manage all guests requests and maintain guest accounts. Sound knowledge of local attractions and surrounds. Perform check in and check out in a professional, friendly, and efficient way for all guests. Perform and complete daily tasks in line with shift checklists. What we will be looking for: Possess a passion for Hospitality and creating memorable experiences. Exceptional guest service skills and strong commitment to 5-star customer service. Professional telephone manner. Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external clients. Excellent organisational skills and high level of computer literacy. About you: The successful candidates will possess that go-to attitude and always ensure their main goal is to go above and beyond for our guests, while maintaining our 5-star commitment. Prior experience within the hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential.
