As a Hotel Guest Service Agent at the Dorsett Hotel, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
From handling check-ins and check-outs to addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections as one of the first and last interactions our guests will experience.
A few of your responsibilities:
Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate room assignments and seamless transitions.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, offering personalised solutions and recommendations.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest information and transactions.
What are we looking for:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve guest issues promptly.
Proficiency in computer systems and databases used for guest management (Opera Cloud highly regarded).
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
