Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will: Lead a shift of front office professionals, including our overnight team, ensuring our guestexperience is at the forefront at all times Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining procedures for the front office department and fostering a focus on guest engagement Assist with the management of the team including training and development, ensuring the team's success Handle complex guest queries and feedback Have the ability to work a rotating roster, including overnight, weekends and public holidays Qualifications About you Previous experience in a similar role with proven success Excellent time management skills Strong communication and customer service skills Desire to grow your skills and progress your managerial experience Ability to work autonomously when leading the overnight team Previous experience with a PMS (Opera experience will be highly regarded) Reliability & flexibility to work a rotating roster Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain ) Additional Information Diversity, equity and inclusion are paramount to us and our ambition is to attract, recruit, develop and promote talent.
