We are looking for a dynamic Hotel & F&B Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for Rydges Wellington and Rydges Wellington Airport, including their food and beverage outlets (current and new).
Location : Rydges Wellington and Rydges Wellington Airport
What You'll Do:
As the Hotel & F&B Marketing Manager, you'll drive marketing strategies to boost both hotel occupancy and F&B sales. From creating engaging digital campaigns to planning events and partnerships, you'll ensure our properties and outlets shine in the spotlight.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns for hotel services, restaurants, bars, and special events.
Manage social media content and digital advertising to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Collaborate with teams across the hotel and F&B outlets to deliver seamless promotional strategies.
Maintain hotel websites, OTA and third-party sites for content accuracy and updates.
Analyse marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in hospitality and/or F&B marketing.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to campaign optimisation.
Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative thinker with strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
Familiarity with F&B marketing strategies.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
