BUSINESS UNITOur fast-paced Supplier Solutions team is responsible for supporting best-in-class operations for hotel partners across Australasia. The primary purpose of the Supplier Solutions team is to create a superb traveller experience between the Lodging partners and its customers, driving outstanding value for both sides. The Suppliers Solutions Team and its products play an important role in the HRS strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the traditional procurement process utilising a digital sales approach. The Hotel Experience Manager's mission is to further develop and shape hotel partnerships with our digital corporate traveler solutions, working together in a high-performance team.
POSITIONAn exciting entry level opportunity exists for a Sydney based Hotel Experience Manager (m/f/d) , handling operational delivery responsibilities, both inbound and outbound to facilitate enablement of HRS 5S Framework as well as driving hotel performance. Whilst covering inbound support requests of all hotel partners, most outbound activities are focused on strategically relevant hotels. The team act as consultants towards hotels by having a clear understanding of the required performance indicators, enabling the 5S Framework for our customers but also supporting hotel partners with connectivity, content management, general support and escalations. A hybrid work model is offered with the ability to work from home and the office on set days.
CHALLENGEDaily operational support for HRS Hotel Partners, ensuring operational excellence for travellers and hotel partners
Management of inbound requests via phone and email from our hotel partners
Advise and train hotel partners on HRS systems and applications and promptly attend to all hotel support requests within given SLA's
Actively contribute toward process improvements, continuously find efficiencies through automation and innovation
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...A commercial education, preferably in the travel industry, or a degree in Business Administration
2+ years' proven experience in an operations position or experience in a B2B Travel Industry or SaaS company
Good understanding of the HRS unique selling proposition and products, B2B travel industry and competitive set
Excellent communication skills with experience in consultative selling, fluency in English with Australian working rights being a pre requisite

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVEThe attractive remuneration is in line with the market for an equivalent entry level position. In addition to a fixed fortnightly salary, all necessary work equipment is provided. The role will also include an annual bonus aligned to set KPI's.
