Job Description We are looking for a Hotel Duty Manager who is dedicated to providing a memorable experience and create that human connection with our guests, at every stage of their stay.
In this role you will:
Manage and support the Front Office Team ensuring that guest expectations are met.Manage the hotel operation in the absence of the General Manager.Lead by example when attending to guest requests.Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive.Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.Ensure that procedures relating to Front Office are completed in line with agreed standards.Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures including special guests and VIP's.Assist with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.Be responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.Qualifications If this role interests you and you can demonstrate that you have:
