About The Capitol Hotel Sydney Located adjacent to the Capitol Theatre in Sydney and a short walk from Darling Harbour and China Town is The Capitol Hotel Sydney. Having recently undergone a full hotel refurbishment, the hotel features 94 new accommodation rooms & a 40 seat restaurant, housed in a stunning heritage listed building. You can expect something a little more unique than your typical traditional hotel experience at The Capitol Hotel Sydney, with a touch of theatre at every turn.

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel and drive excellence in guest service Ensure the team is customer focused, being proactive in identifying customer needs Welcome and assist with all guest arrivals, departures and requests Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift, including responding to guest feedback Assist the FOM with rostering, training and provide leadership for the greater Front Office team Assist Food and Beverage team Skills & Experience Previous hotel supervisory experience Strong written and verbal communication Pride in personal presentation and grooming essential Experience training & developing front line staff To Apply: Cover letter of no more than one-page highlighting why you're perfect for the role CV of no more than two pages outlining key work experiences / history Your application will include the following questions:
