In the role of Hotel Duty Manager at Crown Towers, you will be leading and guiding the Front Office team and ensuring a smooth and successful service experience for all guests. In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as: Work together with all internal Hotel departments, managing the day-to-day Rooms Division Operations while upholding Crown brand standards. Motivate and lead a team of dedicated employees and adhere to OH&S standards to maintain a safe working environment. Anticipate the needs of guests, provide exceptional service and promptly handle any complaints or escalated issues. About you You'll bring the following: Extensive experience in front office operations in a leadership position. Experience in developing, coaching and motivating a team. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA). Additional Information To be successful you MUST have: Full unrestricted Australian working rights. Responsible Service of Alcohol (or be able to obtain one). This role requires flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotational roster including weekends and public holidays.
