We're recruiting a Customer Support and Training Specialist to join a leading company in property management technology. Based in Bundall, this full-time role allows you to support clients across the hospitality industry, helping them maximize the benefits of an innovative software platform.
What You'll Do: Train clients (hotels, resorts, and holiday parks) on the platform to ensure seamless onboarding. Provide expert customer support via phone and email. Troubleshoot issues and guide clients to effective solutions. Assist with system setup and configuration. Occasionally deliver onsite training or workshops for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to share updates on platform developments. What You'll Bring: Experience in front office, guest services, or reservations (hotels or holiday parks preferred). A passion for customer service and relationship-building. Tech-savviness and adaptability (training provided for the platform). Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Creative problem-solving skills. Experience with SaaS or software support is advantageous. Your application will include the following questions:
