About the Role We are currently seeking a Hotel Accountant with working knowledge of accounting procedures including month-end closing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions.
Reporting to the Hotel Financial Controller, you will be an essential member of the Finance team.
Your key responsibilities to bring to the role are the following: Holding a degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably CPA/CA qualified.Proficiency in Opera and previous experience with Sun Systems accounting platform is preferable.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Payroll processing experience essential - knowledge of Zambion System desired.Strong analytical and numerical skills, possessing a high attention to detail.Effective time management skills, highly organised and able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.Authentic interpersonal and communication skills and have a 'can-do' attitude.Previous working experience in hospitality is essential.Culture and Benefits Our 'Knight's Head' Logo is conceived from our founder Sir Stamford's family crest and symbolises the core values that unify all members of our company.
