As our Hot End Production Leader, you will What you'll be doing… Ensure compliance with and promote all health, safety, environmental and energy requirements for the job, site and company Develop and deliver comprehensive training within your area of responsibility. Be competent with the CI framework and drive the application of CI tools, techniques, and ways of working, so that they become the standard method within Queensferry. Create detailed Work Instructions and Risk Assessments for all Hot End related tasks and activities Support the plant teams with expert process knowledge and technical skills to ensure that the plant is operated, at all times A full role profile is available upon request from HR/Talent Acquisition.What we'd love for you to have: We are interested in you as a person, your attitude, behaviours and values.
