Hostel Night Receptionist – Byron Bay

Our hostel is currently looking for a part time late Night Reception/Door Person to look after the premises and keep it secure after hours.
Duties include but are not limited to; processing late check ins to the accommodation, responding to any noise complaints or guest issues after hours, checking the property is locked and secure, assisting bar staff with any RSA issues whilst the bar is open, moving on guests from the premises once bar is closed, prohibiting non-residents from entering the accommodation area.
Potential applicants must have a current NSW RSA, be confident in genuine guest interaction, problem solving and complaint handling, be competent in security and hostel supervision, display excellent communication skills and have previous experience in the hospitality industry.
Security license not necessary.
Hours are 9pm – 4am Tuesday & Wednesday EVERY FORTNIGHT.
Award wage with night loading.
