Welcome all guests and ensure the smooth transfer, care of guests' luggage, and attend to all guest enquiries and needs.
You will be responsible for processing all phone calls efficiently and accurately and maintain communication with other departments of Hamilton Island Holiday Homes.
You will also: Providing a high level of service to our guests during Check-in and Check-outMeeting guests on arrival to the islandPerforming general cashiering and guest service functions About You Minimum of 12 months experience as a Guest Service Agent or Host in a 4-5 star propertyImpeccable grooming and personal presentationAn ability to treat each guest with a personal, attentive and refined level of seamless 5-star serviceWillingness to exceed guest expectationsProficiency in a computerised front office systemA QLD current open driver licenceMust be eligible to obtain a Restricted Driver Authority (must have held driver licence for min 3 years continuous)
