Qualifications
Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential and previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant is preferredPrevious experience working in a luxury hotel environment an assetAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesStrong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsProven ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities at onceAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a teamHighly responsible and reliable with impeccable grooming and professionalismKnowledge of wine, spirits, beer, cocktails, and specialty coffees an assetValid Serving It Right CertificationAbility to work fluctuating schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and rotating shiftsAbility to speak and understand English with professional working proficiencySuccessful applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada; the hotel is unable to assist applicants in obtaining Canadian work authorizationPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsOccasional lifting and carrying up to 30lbsOccasional kneeling, pushing and pulling Additional Information
