About the Role - Host/Hostess Welcome guests warmly and ascertain their party size. Efficiently seat guests at clean and ready tables, providing menus. Navigate guests through dining areas, offering assistance when necessary. Adjust table arrangements to accommodate special needs. Ensure place settings are complete, including clean silverware and napkins. Maintain up-to-date, clean, and well-conditioned menus. Keep the work area clean throughout the shift. Build and maintain positive relationships with team members. Work collaboratively to achieve common goals. Address and respond to team members' concerns appropriately.
