Who are we looking for?We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our hospitality team and make our residents feel comfortable, where we are committed to providing individually tailored care and service. With great attention to detail, you will make our aged care site sparkle, assist with laundry duties and prepare nutritious meals and serve great food. Most importantly, with a vibrant personality, you will connect and build relationships with our residents, listening to their stories with open and supportive ears.
What can you expect to be doing?Provide a responsive, flexible, prompt and courteous service to all residentsComplete cleaning duties such as mopping, laundry, dusting and polishingAssist with the preparation, serving and clean-up of mealsProvide excellent customer service to our residentsWork collaboratively within the team to ensure the highest standard of serviceEnsure documentation is completed in an accurate and timely mannerWhat do you need to bring?Experience working in hospitality or any similar role will be valuableCertificate in Hospitality or similar will be highly regardedA resident-focused mindset with the willingness to go that extra mileBasic understanding of food safety proceduresExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgroundsAvailability to work early morning/lunchtime/afternoon/evening shifts as requiredValid National Police check, flu and TGA approved COVID-19 vaccinationsWho is AnglicareSA?As one of SA's largest social services provider, AnglicareSA makes a positive difference to the lives of more than 50,000 people each year.
