About the RoleIRT is investing in our leadership capability and we are looking for a Hospitality Team Leader to lead the planning, ordering, preparation and compliance of our site-based food service, laundry and cleaning operations.
This is an exciting Full Time position, based at our IRT Thomas Holt Kirrawee site.
Your work will include: Leading, mentoring and supervising hospitality employees, including reviewing performanceResponsibility for the planning, ordering and overseeing the preparation of all meals (complying with resident dietary requirements) and light refreshments to ensure residents enjoy a quality food experienceEnsuring food safety documentation is complete and that all work practices meet HACCP requirements.
