Hands-on role overseeing high-profile services at a prestigious corporate site. THE POSITION Oversee day-to-day operations of Boardroom, Reception, and Pantry services. Foster a high-performance culture through service and food innovation. Coordinate event services from booking to delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols while monitoring financial performance. Manage recruitment, staff training, and performance evaluations. Build strong client relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service. THE PERSON Proven relationship management skills with confidence in communicating with local and global stakeholders. Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate catering environment, with at least 2 years in management. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for quality.
