Apply now Job no: 501227 Work type: Permanent Location: Mackay Categories: Catering/Food Services About the role:Mater Private Hospital Mackay is currently looking for a Hospitality Services Assistant in a casual capacity.Early morning, afternoon, and night shifts are available across a 7-day week, and the successful candidate must be flexible with shift times.In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of effective cleaning and hygiene services to delegated areas of the Hospital and prepare, assemble, and deliver patient meals.Salary range: $30.48 - $33.05 (Operational Officer Level 2) per hour plus superannuation, plus shift penalties and access to generous salary packaging of up to $15,900.About you:We are ideally looking for candidates that have:Previous experience in a hospital or hotel cleaning/food services roleAbility to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary teamKnowledge of current food hygiene principles, practices, and legislationAbility to recognise and prioritise tasks effectivelyAbility to engage with a variety of people.This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly hospitality team providing compassionate care to the local community.Advertised: 05 Sep 2024 E.
