We are seeking flexible, patient-centred Hospitality Services Assistants for part-time and casual positions across morning, afternoon, and night shifts at Epworth Geelong. This is an excellent opportunity to join our supportive and friendly Environmental Services team at Epworth Geelong and be part of a growing healthcare service. Successful candidates will have an excellent understanding of the principles of customer service and cleaning standards within private healthcare and will be willing to grow with our service whilst being part of a supportive culture to achieve excellence in care.
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication skills and a customer service focus. Experience working in a hospital, residential aged care setting, or private cleaning business is desirable. A "can do" attitude, team approach, and courteous communication is a must.
You will have:
A strong customer service focus; able to deliver on, and respond compassionately to our patients' needs. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly, confidently, and courteously. An organised approach to work, able to work consistently and effectively in a busy environment. Well-developed understanding of Infection Control in a hospital environment.
