The hospitality service assistant role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the dining areas, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities of Hospitality Service Assistant: Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality and hygiene standards.
Complete required documentation and reporting.
Respond to residents' queries and requests.
Laundry duties include loading washers & dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping or ironing linen.
Catering / food services duties include assisting with basic food prep, providing meals and snacks, clearing dining areas, and dishwashing.
Cleaning duties include general cleaning; mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in the residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas.
Deliver effective support to the hospitality function within the care home, including catering, cleaning, and laundry.
Use your fantastic food services and cleaning skills in a role where you really can make a difference by providing our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.
Eligibility Criteria for Hospitality Service Assistant: Previous catering / food service or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
You will be a team player and someone who enjoys interacting with people and giving back to our most vulnerable.
Skills and Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cleaning or catering experience preferred but not essential.
Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week.
You will have an understanding of work health, safety and hygiene practices and the ability to work unsupervised.
