Job Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionBunbury Farmers Markets seeks experienced Hospitality & Retail Service Managers.Role Summary: Our Hospitality & Retail Service Managers are responsible for supporting our front-line customer facing staff in our fast-paced food retail environments.Duties will include but are not limited to:Ensuring the safe delivery of food and beverage services front of house, in our café/restaurant.Working with casual, part time or permanent employees on their food handling and customer service skills.Ensuring all relevant café/restaurant staff have their RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) qualification.Preventive management of food safety hazards.Participate in interviews and recruitment for front of house hospitality roles.Manage staff performance in accordance with our high standards.Able to consistently work with a high degree of quality customer service.Safety responsibilities:To work safely at all times, following all instructions and directions provided.Ensure all front of house staff report any incidents/issues in accordance with our standards.Be responsible for the safety of our staff and customers in your day-to-day tasks.Stock control:Ensure staff are correctly carrying out all stock rotation duties to maximise freshness and food quality.Handle stock carefully and correctly at all times.Customer service:Communicate product knowledge to front of house staff and our customers.Communicate showing respect at all times for fellow workers and our customers.Be warm, friendly and helpful in all staff and customer interactions.Ask for help when needed to improve product knowledge and customer service.Salary: The Annual Salary is $73,150 - $75,000 commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.About the Company: The Bunbury Farmers Market is Australia's leading independent Fresh Food Retailer.
