As a Hospitality Officer, you will be driven, organised and take pride in your presentation and providing support to residents with the following tasks:
Undertake catering and/or housekeeping services in accordance with designated role or roster.Foster a professional working relationship with the village residents and team members and ensure exceptional customer service.Ensure all equipment is used and stored according to manufacturer's instructions and organisational guidelines.Report any defects in equipment or other hazards.Report any resident feedback and complaints and participate in resolution and quality improvement practices.Ensure a safe environment for self, residents and all other persons in the village by taking a proactive approach to health and safety, by identifying risks and actioning remedies.We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
