Are you ready to lead operations at one of the Gold Coast's most vibrant entertainment precincts? Miami Marketta is seeking a dynamic and passionate Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our iconic venue, home to street food, live music, and unforgettable events.
About the Role: As the Hospitality Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the seamless operation of Miami Marketta. From signature Night Markets to specialty events, you will take the lead in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests while managing staff, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing key operational areas.
Key Responsibilities: Venue Operations: Manage daily venue operations, including specialty and live music events, ensuring smooth functionality and high standards.Night Market Oversight: Collaborate with the Experience & Vendor Manager to deliver successful Night Market operations.Staff Management: Lead, supervise, and inspire staff to perform their best, fostering a positive workplace culture.Security Coordination: Brief security on event logistics and ensure all safety protocols are followed.Financial Oversight: Oversee cash handling, reconcile daily reports, and monitor event revenue performance.Event Coordination: Partner with the Event Coordinator to execute corporate and private events seamlessly.Stock Management: Maintain appropriate stock levels for food and beverages across all service points.Vendor Relations: Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to align with venue goals.Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly address any guest concerns.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations while preparing reports for the General Manager.About You: We're looking for someone with:
