About the role : Our established and growing team is looking for a full-time Hospitality worker with 2+ years of experience.
We are looking for a motivated full-time hospitality team who will be a key member of the team.
Pay Package The position will offer a competitive base salary starting $75,000 plus superannuation Key Responsibilities: Front desk : Checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and answering questions Cleaning : Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel and hotel rooms.
Breakfast preparations - We offer continental breakfast, which will be prepared and delivered to the guest rooms by the hospitality worker in position.
Linen and Laundry : Washing towels, pillows slips, folding towels, and ironing pillow slips Maintenance : Ensuring the hotel's physical environment is in top condition Future Event management : We have a proposed plan to start in house restaurant, where we need staff for arranging catering services, organizing technical equipment, and providing clients with cost estimations and invoices Security : Responsible for the safety of the guests, employees, and their belongings Addressing complaints from guests: Handling guest complaints and questions Other skills that are important include: Communication skills- Communicating with customers, employees, supervisors, and other individuals within the hospitality setting.
Appropriate candidates must have the following skills, education, and experience: Hold a relevant AQF (or equivalent) Certificate II in Hospitality; or Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience, undertaken within the last 3 years, to substitute a formal qualification.
Experience in hospitality is must.
