Hospitality & Functions Manager – Wynnum Golf Club

Wynnum Golf Club (est. 1922), in Bayside Brisbane offers an 18 hole golf course and practice facilities, and Clubhouse with Bistro, Bar, Gaming and Wedding & Function Centre.
The permanent full-time and salaried role is responsible to the GM for the thriving operation and performance of the bar, bistro, and gaming, and for leading the sales and service delivery of weddings and private and member functions.
Top candidates will be hospitality and function career professionals with at least 3 to 5 years management or senior supervisory experience in a similar operational role, well versed in related financial, administrative, and legislative requirements. Gaming experience preferred but not essential.
The role requires a flexible and collaborative style, hands-on, and willing to be there for the team in the busy times, including regular evening and weekend work.
The role is supported by experienced management and staff within a friendly and supportive club and member culture.
