We have 2x Food & Beverage Attendant and 2x Housekeeping Attendant roles available. Our staff accommodation offers a shared room and shared bed with your travel partner. Please state the name of your travel partner in your application.
Although you'll mainly be working in the role best suited to your skills and experience, you may be required to work in other departments as needed.
What you'll do: Reporting to the Restaurant Manager or Housekeeping Manager, you'll provide exceptional service with a warm welcome. You'll treat our guests and customers as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and can-do attitude.
What you'll bring: Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce or Housekeeping/cleaning experienceStrong bar, cocktail and barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window)A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy teamGenuine interest and knowledge of food & beverage or housekeeping operationsA reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guestsValid Responsible Service of Alcohol CertificatePossess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completionFlexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidaysWhat's in it for you?
