The Position Based at Peter Arney Home in Salter Point, your role as a Cleaner and Laundry is to ensure our aged care facility is a safe, spotless, and welcoming space for residents.
Through attentive cleaning and care, you'll help create an environment that feels like home.

This is a permanent part-time role offering 40 hours per fortnight.
Week 1 & 2 Monday: 0700 - 1200 (Cleaning) Thursday: 0700 - 1500 (Laundry) Friday: 0700 - 1500 (Laundry) Key responsibilities: Demonstrates competent time management techniques in cleaning routine Vacuums, sweeps, dusts and mops all designated areas Follows cleaning schedule Maintains appropriate resident interactions in line with the organisational values Considers resident lifestyles and personal choice Maintains effective interpersonal relationships Manage laundry routines in line with the laundry schedule Essential Criteria: Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity) Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain) Proven organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, as required Willingness to attend 1 day paid induction at our Rivervale Training Institute How to apply If you are interested in this role and meet the essential criteria, please click the "apply now" button.
