About the Opportunity Bolton Clarke Willowdale is seeking multiple Food Service Attendants. Reporting to our Chef, the role is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient food service to residents according to Bolton Clarke's Food Standards.
Provide all food service activities to residents including serving meals, and dining room set-up and clearing.Undertake basic food preparation under the direction of senior staff.Food preparation is completed within the designated timeframe and according to the FSP, Bolton Clarke Food Standards and OH&S specifications.Washing and storing equipment within the designated timeframe and according to the FSP and OH&S specifications.Cleaning and rubbish removal are completed within the designated timeframe and according to the FSP and OH&S specifications.Conduct kitchen and pantry stock inventory when required.About You The successful candidates must demonstrate the following:
Follow Basic Food Safety Practices certificate - HLTFS7A (Essential).Hospitality experience.Food preparation experience (preferably in an Aged Care environment).Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.Highly motivated and able to take initiative.Excellent communication style - able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.Team player, ability to go the extra mile.Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times.Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
