We are looking for a Hospitality Application Support Coordinator to play a key role in the availability, maintenance, administration, configuration, and service management of various hospitality applications which underpin RACV's Royal Pines and RACV Noosa Resort.
About the Opportunity As the Hospitality Applications Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for provisioning all hospitality technology services required to support the Leisure business nationally, and primarily those located in Queensland.
You will deliver quality support and upkeep of hospitality front end systems, as well as being actively involved in the planning, quoting and delivery of any technology services across sites.
The ideal candidate will have had prior experience providing Hotel IT support, either administrative or at the coordinator level.
You will need to be able to work autonomously and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple RACV resorts.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing: Timely IT service to RACV staff at Royal Pines Resort, Noosa Resort and other RACV sites located across Victoria and Tasmania Coordination of vendors who support the application, telephony, network, hosting and desktop infrastructure IT support for conferences and events Local support of the point-of-sale terminals, desktop and server infrastructure Support and address service requests, incidents, change, problems and ad-hoc project demand Who we're looking for and what you'll bring Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything.
You'll come with: ITIL/IT certification/degree (desirable) 3+ years in desktop/infrastructure support (desirable) Hospitality experience (highly desirable) 3+ years in vendor management and support (desirable) Possess sound oral and written communication skills Has strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills Understands and collaborates on the analysis of user/customer needs and represents this in their work.
