Purpose As a Hotel All Rounder, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, seamlessly transitioning between Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service, coupled with your genuine care for our guests, will shine through in every department you work.
Primary Responsibilities Your role encompasses several key areas, working within a diverse team to ensure an exceptional guest experience:
Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces all of which are crucial to creating an outstanding first impressionUse cleaning materials and chemicals with care, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure environmentOffer personalised food and beverage suggestions, whether in our outlets or during events leaving a lasting impression on our guestsProactively source information to expand your product knowledgeBe the go-to source for information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gemsFrom check-in to check-out, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring that our guests have a memorable stayConfidently communicate with both guests and colleagues enabling seamless teamworkSkills & Experience Previous experience in a customer facing hospitality role is a plusPossession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / TerritoryGenuine passion for guest care, engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionalsCapable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidaysStrong work ethic, reliable and a commitment to excellenceYour problem-solving skills and unwavering positivity come into play when challenges arise, as you transform obstacles into opportunitiesAt Accor, we welcome you as you are.
