The Opportunity: We currently have a permanent part-time opportunity for a Hospital Pharmacy Technician to join our Slade Pharmacy team onsite at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, Fitzroy. This position is ideal for anyone wanting to pick up some extra work during the week and gain valuable experience in a hospital pharmacy setting. This is a permanent part-time position working each Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Key responsibilities: Dispense medication for hospital patientsAssist in the financial management of our oncology service offering, including owing script management & brand complianceAssist with administration tasks associated with clinical trialsServe customers and discharge patients and assist them with any queries and OTC medication needsOrder, scan and deliver Imprest medication around the various wards across the hospitalOrder and maintain medications required for the dispensaryPrepare for and conduct the pharmacy stocktakesAssist with receipting invoicesWho are we?
