We are looking for a receptionist with current experience in an Administration/Reception Role.
Applicants must be available to work Monday to Saturday between 6am and 6pm.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
Meticulous attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.Ability to relate to all clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.Excellent written, verbal and telephone technique.Proficient in Microsoft Programs and ability to learn new software.Condition of Employment:
