This is the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and gain experience that will open doors to future opportunities.Your DutiesDeliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting.Dispensing medication in a retail setting with a focus on professional services including vaccinations.Conduct medication history interviews and reconciliation at transitions of care.Provide medication counselling and education to patients.Monitor medication outcomes and manage adverse drug reactions.Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to provide the best patient care.Participate in training sessions for pharmacy, medical, and nursing staff.Support quality use of medicines through various audits and projects.Our sites operate over Monday to Friday and have weekend shifts available.
