The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Slade Pharmacy Hollywood to provide maternity cover for a period of 12-months.
You will be part of an innovative and multidisciplinary team delivering outstanding pharmacy services to our client hospital and their patients.

About the Role This role is a contracted 12-month, full-time position.
You will be based onsite at the Hollywood Private Hospital in Nedlands, with onsite paid parking and several great cafes within walking distance!
As a Hospital Pharmacist, your duties include:
Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products.Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge.Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients.Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees.Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines. About You You are an experienced Hospital Pharmacist seeking the next challenge in your pharmacy career.
