Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and Organize: Manage the supply of cancer care medications, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy, using CHARM, our Oncology Information Management software.Clinical Support: Participate in the clinical screening of cancer care medication orders.Dispensing & Supply: Dispense and supply medications and pharmacy products to our patients.Clinical Trials Leadership: Actively oversee the setup and delivery of new clinical trials, including drug accountability and preparation.Negotiations & Relationships: Facilitate negotiations with sponsors/CROs and maintain key relationships with oncologists, nurses, and clinical trial staff.Education & Counselling: Provide education and counselling to staff and patients on chemotherapy and clinical trial medications.Eligibility Criteria: AHPRA Registered: Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.Experience: Previous experience as a registered pharmacist in a hospital setting is required; experience in oncology and/or clinical trials is desirable, but not mandatory – we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to solve problems independently.Knowledge: Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and the risks involved in handling hazardous substances.If you're ready to make a positive career move, APPLY NOW!
