Hospital Pharmacist - Clinical and DispensaryHOSPITAL PHARMACIST CLINICAL/DISPENSARY - HPS MIDLAND AND LAKESIDEWe are seeking pharmacists who would like to contribute to patient care from our hospital pharmacies.About the Company:HPS and its network of HPS Approved Pharmacies is one of Australia's leading providers of pharmacy services to health facilities, including private hospitals, cancer centres, and correctional facilities.
We are committed to delivering healthcare products and services that help people live better lives and we're all united by our purpose of connecting communities to care.About the Role:Joining our current team, we are seeking interest for any full time (preferable), part time, temporary contract or casual hospital pharmacists.
Both pharmacies provide comprehensive pharmacy services for both public and private patients.Responsibilities:Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in providing patient centred careManagement of the medication supply to hospital patientsProvision of clinical ward-based pharmacy servicesQualifications:Current AHPRA Pharmacy Registration and Membership with a Professional Indemnity Insurance provider.Required Skills:Communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staffAlways having a patient focused approachAdaptable with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environmentClinical hospital experience is greatly desired however pharmacists with community experience are encouraged to apply.HPS Pharmacies is committed to developing and creating an inclusive workplace that embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion.
