THE ROLE Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Clinical Services and the Quality Manager, you will be dynamic, organised and have proven experience within Occupational Health & Safety and considerable Return To Work expertise. You will be responsible for monitoring, developing and implementing key initiatives and management plans to ensure best practice, safety and compliance with hospital and legislative P&P's. As this is a large health care organisation, experience in either a busy hospital or across multiple sites of a health care chain is key.
