The opportunity Combining your clinical expertise, desire to build strong relationships and growing referrals, you will regularly undertake visits to the Private Hospitals situated in metropolitan Melbourne.
Working closely with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders you will:
Actively identify new business development opportunities that will help build Home Health into the largest virtual hospital in Australia.Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, referring organisations, and brokered agencies to promote our HITH and RITH programs and facilitate a smooth transition from hospital to home for consumers.Offer knowledge and provide support in relation to healthcare practices, health funds, and qualifying referrals for programs.Maintain and manage strategic account plans for top referring hospitals with clear visibility on referral pathways ensuring every opportunity is optimised.Attend and participate in industry events and marketing activities aimed at increasing revenue growth through association development, identifying market trends that are impacting segment customers.This role will be vital as we build towards becoming Australia's most prominent Hospital In the Home service provider. It is offered as a full-time, 12-month parental leave fixed-term contract.
About you As a Registered Nurse (AHPRA reg), you are a passionate clinician that enjoys building strong connections with people, growing referrals, and providing an outstanding experience to internal and external stakeholders.
You have experience in business development and/or health promotion and ideally, you bring frontline experience as a clinician within a private hospital setting and understand the discharge planning process.
You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven and dynamic environment with the ability to think on your feet and problem solve. As an outstanding communicator, your intuitive people skills will be central to your success. You are motivated by ensuring our customer experience exceeds expectations and that complaint resolution goals are met.
